This Privacy Policy describes how Selçuk Aslantaş ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application TickDo ("the App"). TickDo is a smart and simple task manager app designed to help you stay organized, set priorities, and never miss what matters most.

- Task Data: Task titles, notes, due dates, priority levels, and categories you create within the App.
- User Preferences: App settings such as theme preferences (Light/Dark mode).

- Usage Data: Anonymous data regarding app crashes and performance issues to help us improve the App.
- Advertising Data: Information collected by Google AdMob to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

- To store your tasks and preferences locally on your device.

Local Storage Focus: TickDo is designed with privacy in mind. All your personal task data (titles, notes, dates) is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. We do not transmit your personal task content to any external server owned by us.
We rely on the security features provided by iOS to protect your local data. However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

TickDo uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect and use data such as:
- Mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA).
- IP address (which may be used to estimate general location).
- Data regarding the delivery of ads and your interaction with them.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Control
You have full control over your data:
- Access & Deletion: Since data is stored locally, deleting the TickDo app from your device will instantly delete all your task data and preferences.
- Ad Tracking: You can choose to allow or deny tracking for advertising purposes via the iOS "Allow Apps to Request to Track" prompt or in your device Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
- Notifications: You can enable or disable notifications for TickDo in your device Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
TickDo is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
